Brooke White, the nanny that won our hearts on American Idol and gave all of herself to us every week can now be heard on a full length album released by New Millennium Records Group.
"I was a seventeen year old beauty school drop-out, just graduated from high school when I first made the move to L.A. I left my native home and family in Mesa, Arizona to pursue a life in music after a high school play and a few voice lessons. It was a bumpy beginning, fraught with high hopes and heartbreak. The kind of experiences I have turned into songs. After my short stay, I moved back to my hot desert home, trying to make sense of my life. Within a few short years, I grew up a little, sold some shoes, cut hair in my kitchen and came to realize my heart still remained in music. After much apprehension, I made the right decision to pack up my jeep and give L.A. a second chance. Now I am twenty-four years old living in Los Angeles, California, here to realize the dream. What's the dream? To play my piano (or guitar:) and sing my songs to the world. Perhaps it's a lofty ambition, but why not aim high? Until then I will continue to write beautiful music in my living room, play on stages and connect with random strangers, work hard and enjoy the journey to where ever it takes me". Brooke:)
