A powerful percussionist force in her own right, Catherine Birrer is a true player in the fresh sound of Latin Jazz. Recorded in New York, Boston, and Holland, the CD Weightless is a diverse collection of nine inspired pieces, six of which are new and completely original compositions by Birrer.
