Craig Sonnenfeld is a Boston based singer songwriter who writes original songs and accompanies himself with a finger-picking guitar style. His influences are classic American folk and country music and rural acoustic blues. Reviewer: Ellen Schmidt "Storm Clouds Rising" is an excellent second album. Craig's songs are all well-written and his voice, strong but understated, his clear picking and excellent arrangements and musical "color" added by Steve Sadler, Steve Rapson, Lee Adler, Valerie Thompson and Deb Blackadar make this a very listenable album. My favorites are "Rope of Sand" and the very powerful and poignant "Anne Frank's Eyes". Reviewer: Bob Franke - "I was impressed by the overall sound and production values, and the correct impression you give on (Storm Clouds Rising) that you're a songwriter of intellect and heart."
