About This:
This CD is primarily from two live recordings from November 2000 and February 2001. It also includes three Studio tracks, two of which feature the beautiful voice of my dear friend Maria Sangiolo. This is the first time we have put our voices together as a duet since the Two Vagabonds CD in 1992. Her performances bring a very special warmth and depth of heart to this project.Four songs on this CD feature The Loomers. I have been performing a percentage of my live shows with this band for the past four years. In addition to their extraordinary musical talents, they bring a unique brand of mischief, camaraderie and pure joy to these performances.My friend Anna Huthmaker who lives in Georgia, laid down the most beautiful cello part on a song for my daughter called Little Bird. Between her cello and Maria�s voice there is real magic here. There are three live comedy/storytelling pieces on this CD. (Including the very popular one about my Dad and The Red Sox) There is also a CD-ROM movie featuring concert footage of my son and I performing The Volvo Dance.
