Philadelphia indie artist Jay D Clark, owner of Phillysmooth Productions LLC, produced his first full-length record, Fall of the City, with the help of prolific skateboarder, musician and producer Chuck Treece (McRad, Bad Brains, Urge Overkill, The Roots, G Love, Billy Joel, Pearl Jam, etc), who plays almost all the instruments behind Jay D's words and vocals. Recording started in the fall of 2007 and continued through February 2008, using Sand and Sun Studio in New Jersey, Media Bureau, and Chadwick Street Studio to lay it all down. Mixed and mastered by Chuck Treece (Chadwick Street Studio) and Schmidty P (Sand and Sun Studio), this inspirational record is ready to flow and grow out into the universe. Jay D Clark has been writing screenplays, producing, directing, and acting in movies, videos, commercials, tv shows, and live events for over 12 years, while playing rhythm guitar, singing, and writing songs for 15 years.
