The 31-year-old pianist holds a master's degree in Jazz Piano Performance from the New England Conservatory of Music, having primarily studied with Fred Hersch, Mike Cain, Cecil Mcbee, and Danilo Perez. At the Wang Theater, Ryles Jazz Club, Jordan Hall, and the Berklee Performance Center in Boston, Mr. Harris has entertained audiences with his Afro-Cuban-monk-exque style of composition and improvisation. Kevin has performed with George Russell, Benn Golesan, and Bob Brookmeyer contributing his distinguished piano playing enthusiasm. Kevin has also conducted instrumental improvisaion clinics throughout the Northeast US and the South, and in St. Thomas, Virgin Islands.
