An eclectic mix of solo and ensemble instrumentals and vocals, Solo Duo Trio shows of Ron's brilliant range and musicality. Standout tracks include his rip-roaring tribute to Art Tatum, "All God's Children"; a gorgeous version of "Moon River" with tenor saxophonist Pat Wheeler; and two stunning vocals by Lori cullen.
Since its release, Ron's CD Solo Duo Trio has received widespread airplay. The Sun newspaper chain's John Sakamoto placed it at number 6 on his Anti-Hit List.
Ron is active on the international jazz scene. He's also had other lives. He practiced law from 1984 to 2002. In 1993 he got his PhD in French linguistics at the University of Toronto, where he was Assistant Professor for several years.
