Scroll is an alternative rock group created in 2002 by Mark and Tony Mrakovcic, Filip Romac and Leon Culjak.
All of them are still members of the band.
Thanks to their unique sound, characterized by combining multiple music styles into one, they were recognized quickly by the audience and by the fans as a band that brings something new and fresh in today's music.
Through intense grunge sound, followed by cheerful vocal parts, or through acoustic ballads and sweet guitar melodies followed by excellent lyrics, SCROLL has managed to create their special and recognizable style.
Already with their first concerts back in 2003 they have managed to get people's attention and even good
commentaries from the critics. This first success allowed them to pursue their dream and to develop into
a real rock band. The evolution when it comes to their playing at the concerts is somewhat typical.
They started playing in local pubs and bars, but very quickly they started playing the real gigs in bigger clubs, in front of a much bigger audience. They have played all over Croatia, in every major town, and also in
Slovenia and Italy. SCROLL's gigs are always a lot of fun because they dedicate themselves completely to their music.
Their contact with the audience and crazy vocal, drum and guitar improvisations create a really unique atmosphere.
In order to make every one of their concerts an amazing experience both for the audience and for themselves, they insist on creating a whole audio-visual show. Together with 14 songs of their own, they also love to kick in sometimes with Led Zeppelin, Radiohead, RHCP, Pixies and other rock bands.
One of their sanctuaries is their garage, where they record their own music. Since they started playing in 2002, they started recording their own music. With the creation of their web site, these recordings became available on internet, to a much broader audience. One concert after another made it possible for SCROLL to be recognized by the audience as one of the most promising and original alternative-rock groups.
During the last five years SCROLL has really improved their music recording techniques and equipment too.
Next logical step was to record an album. That is when they were discovered by Ephenty RECORDS, with whom they signed the contract.
They have decided to present their first album as a real work of art which will include carefully designed cover followed by amazing illustrations that refer to the songs from the album.
Also, every CD will contain a special surprise for those who buy it.
