| Susie was born and raised in Boston and had moved in her early teens down south in pursue of a tennis career. At the tender age of 16, she earned a ranking of no. 6 in nation in tennis and was interested in turning pro, until she was injured for several months plagued with back injuries where she was forced to take time off. During that time, she had to find other interests and it was then where she realized her passion for acting, & singing/songwriting. Six months later, after writing only a handful of songs, she was already having her songs being played on major radio stations in Miami and had major labels interested in her. Although she was having many great opportunities being thrown her way, she decided to fufill her tennis dream which was playing at a top ranked tennis school and a top ranked academic school playing on a full tennis scholarship. Achieving one of her major goals since she was 12 years old and being on a no. 1 NCAA collegiate team and NCAA winner, it would seem that she was having the time of her life; however, something was holding her back. She couldn’t stop thinking about how to pursue her passion for acting and Singing/songwriting. Acting, which she was a major interest of hers since she was kid was now becoming her focus. She double majored Theater and in English, and couldn’t help but bring her music on the road with her everywhere she went. She would always be singing and playing her guitar even when she traveled on the road with the team. When she was offered many lead parts in play productions at her University Susie had to reluctantly turn them down, due to her hectic tennis training schedule. At that moment, Susie realized she had to make a decision. In order to continue her artistic interests, she decided to give up her full scholarship and start pursuing her passion; acting and singing. At the end of her 2nd year in college, Susie got the call she’d been waiting for. She got a call from one of her A&R’s at Atlantic records to record a song with A-list Rapper Fat Joe called "Slow Your Roll". From there Susie had taken the song to radio all over Florida, where the song became a summer hit in parts of Florida. In Gainesville, "Slow Your Roll" had become a phenomenon; being a top most requested song for 3 months in a row beating out Britney Spears, Outkast, Ludacris and other worldwide acts. Susie was then written up in R&R magazine how an unsigned artist was creating buzz in Florida beating out national acts and being a top hit on the radio. Only having a few songs written, it was then where Susie decided take time off from college and focus on her music career full time and complete her album. After a year of writing, composing, producing, and playing her own music, Susie had come up with a 15 song album with more great hits for the radio. Two more songs, "Tell me it’s Alright," and "Baby you got me" stayed on the radio for six months, becoming no. 1 requested songs yet again, ahead of acts like Chris Brown, The Pussycat Dolls, and Gwen Stefani. Susie’s songs have become top seller’s in parts of FL where her music has sold at such stores as FYE and CD Warehouse. Many of her songs have played on power96, wild 95.5 and Y-100 in Miami. Simultaneously, Susie’s acting career has been taking off as well. She recently just finished filming a movie with James Marsden, and Seth Green in the "Untitled Teen Road Movie" playing the role of Tiffany. She also played a lead, "Jenna", in the Indie film "My Life Untitled" along side Rachel Hunter, and Jesse Jackson (Red Line). Susie also played another lead playing a white female rapper in the Hip hop, character driven Indie film, "Nemesis" and was also in the movie "Sydney White " with Amanda Bynes (out now on DVD). Susie was had a guest starring role on the USA Network Spy/Drama, TV show, "Burn Notice". In addition to her credits in film/tv, she stared in a bunch of commercials. The list of Clients include; COORS LIGHT, NIKE, TOYOTA, GATORADE, DOMINOS PIZZA, AXE DEODORANT BODY SPRAY. Her Axe commercial/Music Video has appeared on MTV, On-Demand, and has already over 1 Million views on Youtube! Susie has appeared on the covers of several magazines, was featured in this years Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition 2007 (the 3D section) and was a finalist in the Sports Illustrated Fresh Faces Contest.
